ACRYLIC PAINTING

ACRYLIC PAINTING Instructor: Stephanie Blonsky

Bradlaw Building – Painting Studio – Room #8229

Wednesday Evenings: 4:00 – 7:00pm

10 classes – September 13, 20, 27; October 4, 11, 18; November 1, 8, 9, 15 (Please note we will not be meeting the week of October 25. We will make-up the class from that week on Thursday November 9.)

Beginning students will start with learning how to mix values and colors in acrylic paint and will later progress to creating observational paintings from still life. Students will learn through visual demonstrations, one-on-one assistance, and individual practice time. Experienced students may use the time as an open studio.

Fee: $250.00 Supplies are included.

METAL/JEWELRY - MONDAY EVENINGS

METAL/ JEWELRY Instructor: Dan Charron

Monday Evenings: 5:30 - 8:30pm

Bradlaw Building – Metal Studio – Room #8012

10 classes – September 25; October 2, 16, 23, 30; November 6, 13, 20, 27; December 4

This course is for all ability levels. Beginning students will be introduced to basic metal working tools and techniques in silver, copper, brass and pewter. Experienced students will refine techniques. Assistance in designing will be provided.

Fee: $200.00 Supplies are extra.

Tuesday Afternoons: 2:30 - 5:30pm

This course is for all ability levels. Beginning students will be introduced to basic metal working tools and techniques in silver, copper, brass and pewter. Experienced students will refine techniques. Assistance in designing will be provided.

POTTERY

POTTERY Instructor: Alyssa Pendleton

Bradlaw Building – Pottery Studio – Room #8002

Thursday Evenings: 5:30 – 8:30pm

10 classes – September 21, 28; October 5, 12, 19, 26; November 2, 9, 15, 30 (Please note we will meet Wendesday, November 15 due to Parent/Teacher Conferences.)

This course is for all ability levels. Beginning students will be taught how to wedge, throw pottery, trim, and glaze. Students will learn through visual demonstration, hands on assistance, and individual practice time. Experience students will refine techniques and may use the time as an open studio.

Fee: $250.00 Supplies are included.
