Over 38,000 Wildcats have graduated in the 150 year history of NFA including notable alumni like New York Times bestselling author Wally Lamb, Oakland Raiders defensive end Matt Shaughnessey #77, Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard Admiral Robert J. Papp, Jr. and Edwin H. Land – scientist, inventor and co-founder of Polaroid just to name a few.
NFA is the only high school serving secondary students in the country with a nationally respected art museum on campus.
