Seniors Kelsie Hall and Nick Fitch.

Both boys and girls indoor track teams took second place at the ECC Division 1 Championship Meet at the United States Coast Guard Academy. The boys team fell to conference rival East Lyme by just three points, 115-112. The girls team narrowly topped Fitch for second place, though both teams trailed winner East Lyme by a large margin.

Runners Nick Fitch and Brandon Mehlinger led the Wildcats. Mehlinger, ECC champion in cross-country, finished first in both the 1600m and 3200m, posting times of 4:42 and 10:12 respectively. Fitch competed in both the 1000 (2:45) and 600 (1:26), winning both events despite back-to-back placement in the order of events. He closed out the day with a victory in the 4 x 360m relay along with teammates Bryce Cormier, Mason Larkin, and Daniel Chong-Cuy. Chris Weir led the Wildcats in the field events, winning a jump-off in the pole vault (12' 6") to claim the conference title in that event.

Performances in the pole vault propelled the girls team; the Wildcats claimed three of the top four performances. Senior Kelsie Hall won the event with a 9' 6" jump, while 9th-graders Madison and Paige Martin tied for third with jumps of 8' 6". Also winning individual events for the wildcats were Allyson Lewis in the high jump (5' 2") and Eve Buckridge in the 3200m (12:31).
