Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Norwich Free Academy will be held following the Annual Meeting of the Norwich Free Academy Corporators on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 5:20 p.m., Norwich Free Academy, Slater Building Auditorium, 305 Broadway, Norwich, CT, for the following purposes:

 

1.              To approve the minutes of the Annual Meeting of November 4, 2021.

 

2.              Trustees to approve slates of candidates for the following corporate board positions:

 

(a)       NFA Foundation, Inc.:

 

3.              Trustees to authorize a representative to attend the following 2022 Annual Meeting of the NFA Foundation, Inc. to make nominations of approved slates of candidates and elect the nominees (Representative “member” –

DeVol Joyner):

 

(a)           NFA Foundation, Inc.:            

  

            4.         Trustees to elect officers of Norwich Free Academy:

 

                        *Chair elected for 3-year term

                                   

5.         Trustees to elect board members of Norwich Free Academy:

 

6.         To conduct other business as may appropriately relate to the Corporation.
