1.         Call to Order—Chairman DeVol Joyner called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

 

Motion to approve the May 19, 2021 Special Finance Committee Meeting Minutes tabled.

Robert Riley gave a short presentation and Q&A about the bleak insurance landscape for public institutions.  He cited cybercrimes, larger awards and the pandemic as reasons.  He explained how our participation in the Nutmeg Group helps guard against the challenges.
