1.         Call to Order—D. Lindell called the meeting to order at 11:35 a.m.

Motion by D. Boisclair, seconded by D. Kalla to approve the December 4, 2024 Special Finance Committee Meeting Minutes.  Vote:  All in favor   Motion passed

N. Quesnel provided an update on the budget process.   

R. Riley presented & reviewed insurance and risk management topics to the committee.
