1.         Call to Order—Chairman D. Joyner called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

 

Motion by D. Boisclair, seconded by D. Lindell, to approve the January 11, 2022 Special Finance Committee Meeting Minutes.  All in favor.  Motion passed

 

3.         2022-23 Budget Development – Status Update

Staff and the committee further discussed the details of the proposed budget along with trends for the future and the recent audit.

 

5.         Adjournment of Meeting

Motion by C. Jewell, seconded by D. Lindell, to adjourn the meeting at 5:15 p.m.
