1. Call to Order—D. Lindell called the meeting to order at 11:33 a.m.

 

2. Approval of Minutes

Motion to approve the November 12, 2024 Special Finance Committee Meeting Minutes was

tabled.

3. Budget Workshop

 

N. Quesnel provided an update on the budget process.

 

4. Other Topics of Interest

a. Audit Update – S. Lent provided an update.

 

5. Adjournment of Meeting

 

Motion by D. Boisclair, seconded by D. Joyner to adjourn the meeting at 12:51 p.m.
