1.         Call to Order—D. Lindell called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.

 

Motion by D. Kalla, seconded by D. Lindell, to approve the November 15, 2022 Special Finance Committee Meeting Minutes.  Vote:  4 in favor,  1 Absention   Motion Passed

 

3.         Executive Session

Motion by D. Lindell, seconded by D. Kalla to go into Executive Session at 5:43 p.m. for discussion regarding Attorney-Client Privileged Communications and Personnel. 

All in favor  Motion passed

B. Kelly and R. Freeman were invited to attend.

 

Motion by D. Kalla, seconded by D. Joyner to come out of Executive session at 6:23 p.m.

Vote:  All in favor   Motion passed

 

4.         Adjournment of Meeting

Motion by D. Joyner, seconded by C. Jewell, to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
