ADMINISTRATION PRESENT:  Head of School, Nathan Quesnel; Director of Finance, Rich Freeman; Controller, Sharon Lent; and Recorder, Mary Vega

1.         Call to Order—D. Lindell called the meeting to order at 11:50 a.m.

Motion by D. Boisclair, seconded by D. Joyner to approve the September 10, 2024 and October 15, 2024 Special Finance Committee Meeting Minutes.  Vote:  All in favor   Motion passed

R. Freeman reviewed the report with the committee.       

a.  Budget – N. Quesnel stated that the budget calendar is being finalized and M. Vega will send out the dates.

b.  Update on Litigation Cases – N. Quesnel provided update.

c.  Enrollment Initiative & Housing – N. Quesnel provided updates:  1) potential new partnership opportunity with students in India; 2)  Woking with OverAbove to market housing possibilities; 3) toured with Woodstock to look at residential dorm program.  He stated that there is an ongoing need/enrollment trend. 

 

5.         Adjournment of Meeting

Motion by D. Boisclair, seconded by D. Joyner to adjourn the meeting at 12:20 p.m.  

Vote:  All in favor   Motion Passed
