ADMINISTRATION PRESENT:  Head of School, Nathan Quesnel; Director of Finance, Rich Freeman; Controller, Sharon Lent; and Recorder, Mary Vega

1.         Call to Order—D. Lindell called the meeting to order at 11:33 a.m.

Motion to approve the November 12, 2024 Special Finance Committee Meeting Minutes was tabled.

N. Quesnel provided an update on the budget process.  

a.  Audit Update – S. Lent provided an update.

 

5.         Adjournment of Meeting

Motion by D. Boisclair, seconded by D. Joyner to adjourn the meeting at 12:51 p.m.
