Master Agreement Timeline
May 23, 2014 - NFA mails draft agreement to all Partner Districts requesting input.
July 12, 2014 - Partners announce a Consortium.

July 14, 2014 - NFA receives correspondence from Attorney Saranne P. Murray requesting for more time for Norwich to respond to the Master Agreement.
July 15, 2014 - Deadline for Partner District input.
August 20, 2014 - Consortium of Partners reaches out to NFA Board of Trustees.

September 2014 - December 2014 - Discussions on-going; Randy Baah '65, Chairman of Lisbon Board of Education, designated as spokesperson for Consortium, brings issues from all Partners to discussions with Attorney Ted Phillips '74, Chairman NFA Board of Trustees. Since all partners are participating in the Consortium, no Partner communicated separately with NFA.
December 1-5, 2014 - Discussions completed with Consortium for Agreement to be presented to Partners. NFA schedules review of revised Master Agreement by Governance Committee for recommendation to the Board of Trustees.
December 15, 2014 - Norwich Board of Education presents a separate proposal to NFA via legal counsel.
February 12, 2015 - NFA Trustees approve Master Agreement for term, July 1,2015 – June 30, 2020.
February 20, 2015 - NFA sends the Master Agreement to Partner Districts to sign.
March- 18, 2015 - The following Partner Districts have signed Master Agreement: Bozrah, Preston, Voluntown.*
*As of July 1, 2015, NFA had signed contracts from all of the Partner
