1. Click on the "LET'S GET STARTED!" icon on the right of your screen.

2. For first-time users, you will need to create an account. Click on the “Create Account” tab and then click the “Create Account” button. You will need your student’s Access ID and Access Password to link him or her to your parent account. If you do not have this information, please contact Kelby Chappelle, chappellek@nfaschool.org.

3. In the “Create Parent Account” area, fill out the fields (first name, last name, email, desired username, password, and re-enter password). These fields are about you, not your childNote: Your Password must be at least 7 characters long.

4. In the “Link Students to Account” area, enter your child’s name, Access ID, and Access Password and choose your relationship to the student.

Note: Be sure to distinguish between the number 1 and capital I, and the number 0 and capital O.

1. Click on the "LET'S GET STARTED!" icon on the right of your screen.

2. Log in with your existing NFA PowerSchool credentials.

3. In the left-hand side-bar, scroll to the bottom of the list, and select ‘Account Preferences.’

4. In the ‘Account Preferences - Profile’ page, click on the ‘Students’ tab, click the ‘Add’ button.’

5. The next screen will ask for your student name, access id and access password.  These details were provided to you via an email from NFA with the subject, ‘Application Email Received.’  Be sure to enter your students name as it appears in that email. The access ID and Access Password are case sensitive. Select the relationship role from the drop-down menu and click ‘Ok.’

6. You may now select from your multiple student’s names at the top left of the PowerSchool Parent portal to see details for either of your students attending NFA.

If you need assistance during the application process, please contact:

• In the left-hand side-bar, select ‘Forms.’
• On the next screen select the ‘Enrollment’ tab.
• All the forms are listed, as can be seen on the sample image below:

• As the forms are completed and submitted, the enrollment dashboard will display a light green leaf with the corresponding text, ‘Submitted.’  Forms still requiring completion display a dark green leaf and display the text, ‘Empty.’  
• All forms require completion except those marked as ‘optional.’
