New girls’ volleyball coach named

Raleighe Orszulak has been named the new girls’ volleyball coach at Norwich Free Academy.

“Since her arrival at NFA, Coach Orszulak has made a positive contribution with her students and in her role as an assistant in our boys’ volleyball program,” said NFA Athletic Director Roy Wentworth. “I’m looking forward to her continuing to build our girls’ program and ensure we are successful both on the court and in the classroom.”

“I can’t wait to get started,” said Orszulak, who in addition to assisting the boys program is also a school counselor at NFA. “My coaching style is enthusiastic and competitive, so I share with my athletes committed leadership, confidence and positive empowerment.”

Orszulak has coached in the Wethersfield Public School system, as well as for Thames Volleyball Academy and Husky Volleyball.
