Krenicki Named New Athletic Trainer
NFA Athletic Trainer Aimee Krenicki
Aimee Krenicki has been named the athletic trainer at Norwich Free Academy.

“Aimee is an integral part of our team and is a valuable resource to our student athletes,” said Athletic Director Chris Guisti. “The athletic trainer plays a vital role in not only the health and wellness of our students, but also in the overall success of our program. Aimee has the experience and the knowledge to keep our kids healthy and help them be their best – on and off the field.”

Krenicki comes to NFA with a history of working with high school and college athletes. While she was most recently a certified athletic trainer at Orthopedic Partners, she has also worked at the United States Coast Guard Academy, Connecticut College, Mitchell College and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, among others.

She received her bachelor’s degree at Russell Sage College and her master’s degree at Plymouth State University. She maintains a host of certifications, licensures and professional memberships.

“NFA has a rich history of athletics, and I’m excited to be a part of it,” Krenicki said. “I’m enjoying the opportunity to meet our coaches and student-athletes, and I’m looking forward to working with them to keep them healthy and ready to perform at their highest ability.”
