FamilyID - Online Registration for Student Athletes NFA now offers online registration for student-athletes and their families through FamilyID, a secure, easy, user-friendly online registration platform. To learn more about our new student-athlete registration process, click here. Family ID replaces the paper Athletic Participation Packet, streamlining the process of sports registration in each season. Once you create an account in FamilyID, your information is saved securely in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member and return to your profile each time it is necessary to update your information, register for a sport/season, and/or give permission.
