Pathways
Career Pathways at NFA provide students with hands-on learning experiences to jumpstart their careers. Through career clusters, technical skill development, and industry credentials, students prepare for future employment while planning their post-secondary steps.
The Academy’s Pathways combine coursework with real-world experiences such as volunteering, internships, and job shadowing, aligning with students' career interests. With support from counselors, teachers, and the Anne Macaione Mitchell College & Career Center, students can explore interests, select relevant classes, and access work-based opportunities.
Additionally, Career Pathways connect students to NFA’s YMPI and YHPI and Early Childhood Education Pipelines, linking them with local businesses in high-demand industries. These partnerships provide industry training and credentials, equipping students for success in growing career fields.
