The following survey should only be filled out if you are planning to have your child(ren) stay home and participate remotely without physically returning to school under our model.

While the state mandated that we prepare for three distinct opening possibilities – all students every day, hybrid model, all remote learning – we received guidance yesterday that schools like ours do, in fact, have more flexibility in deciding the safest and best way to open for our students, faculty and staff.

I am grateful for the opportunity ahead of me as the new Head of School at Norwich Free Academy. I look forward to meeting many of you, and, of course, your students when possible.

Two additional dates have been established for returning NFA materials to campus. This includes textbooks, chrome books and any other materials students may have borrowed from school.

Planning is underway at Norwich Free Academy to open school in the safest way possible this fall while following guidelines from the state of Connecticut. Your feedback is an important part of this process.

Students in grades 9-11 are invited to return to campus during the following days and times to return textbooks, Chromebooks and any other items borrowed from campus.
