Spring Sports -- Senior ‘Night’ Video
Senior athletes are traditionally honored with a recognition ceremony during the last home game of each season. With the cancellation of spring sports, those ceremonies were also lost -- until now. We are grateful to our spring sport coaches for coming together to pay tribute to their senior athletes.

Awards and Recognition Events
Despite the many societal challenges and disappointment we face through this national health and safety crisis, the Academy is committed to honoring and recognizing the outstanding work and achievement of our students, especially our seniors, the NFA Class of 2020. We will do this by producing and broadcasting virtual ceremonial events according to the following schedule:

  • Tuesday, June 9, 6 pm – Norwich Free Academy Champions Night
  • Wednesday, June 10, 6 pm – Class Night and Awards Ceremony
  • Thursday, June 11, 4 pm – Commencement Exercises – Class of 2020
These virtual programs will be available in the following manner:
  • YouTube:
  • Comcast Cable (Norwich/Old Lyme): NFA-TV, Channel 12
  • Frontier Communications: NFA-TV, Ch. 99 (Educational Access 1)
More specifics about each program will be provided to you as the broadcast dates draw near.
