CRC Summer Workshops

These workshops are free and open to all students.  They are especially recommended for rising uppers and seniors. Register in advance to attend. Limited spots available.


Monday-Thursday: 7:15 a.m. -2:30 p.m.; Friday: 7:15 a.m. -1:30 p.m.

Resume Writing

Prepare a resume that reflects your skills, knowledge and education as they relate to the job you are seeking/college or program you are applying.

College & Career Search Workshop

Learn how to access the College and Career search elements on your Naviance account, start your college search, and find possible colleges linked to potential careers.

Tuesday, July 16 and Thursday, July 18: 9 – 10 a.m. or 1 – 2 p.m.


Explore questions to ask colleges, what to look for when visiting colleges, and possible important factors to help you compare colleges.

Tuesday, July 30 and Thursday, August 1: 9 – 10 a.m. or 1 – 2 p.m.


Learn tips and tricks to help fill out college application forms and personal information and gain knowledge about how to write solid college essays that will stand out to admissions officers.

At 4 p.m. sharp, June 12, 484 members of the Class of 2019 stepped onto the field to capstone their four years at NFA as the chords of "Pomp and Circumstance" were performed by the NFA Concert Band.

The Head of NFA's World Language Department, Maria Crooks announced today that fifteen students had earned the newly established state Seal of Biliteracy Recognition.
