Greetings from NFA. With Governor Lamont’s announcement yesterday that all Connecticut schools will remain closed until at least Monday, April 20, I wanted to take this opportunity to share some key updates with the NFA community.
All of these exercises can be completed in your home while practicing social distancing. Only equipment you will need besides your body is a towel and a backpack with books. Reduce reps or time if needed. Challenge yourself but go at your ability level!

Congratulations to our Connecticut History Day regional contest winners from Norwich Free Academy. Students who placed in the event will move on to the state competition.
Classes at NFA are cancelled for a minimum of two weeks effective Monday, March 16. In addition, any activities scheduled at the Academy this weekend have been cancelled.
